In business since 1983, AALL Insurance is a growing independent insurance organization with over 20 locations Valley Wide. We are currently seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to work at our Corporate Office in Tempe. Our successful candidate will help train and develop our team of sales agents in our 20 locations in addition to implementing and improving existing training processes.
- Exceptional Writing and Speaking Skills
- Insurance experience a plus
- Licensed P&C Insurance Agent (can apply now but need to be licensed before taking position)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous Training experience a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Ability to learn quickly and handle a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willing to travel within the Phoenix metro area (25% travel)
- Learn the company’s systems & sales processes in order to train incoming new hires
- Train and develop agents within the guidelines of our existing operational processes.
- Keep the company up to date on underwriting & compliance processes set forth by the various carriers that AALL Insurance represents
- Mentor new hires for the first 30-60 days while providing on the job training within one of the 20 office locations
- Teach the insurance licensing course to new hires and current employees in efforts to prepare them for the state licensing exam
- Oversee and monitor the development of our training manuals and process.
