Members Plus Credit Union is currently seeking to hire a temporary Lending Assistant to help with the processing and turnover of mortgage and consumer loans. This is a short-term assignment projected for about 6 months, possibly longer and up to 40hrs a week Monday through Friday.
This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the mortgage and consumer lending department. This will include, but not limited to; answering calls regarding basic loan inquiries, making calls to members to obtain necessary information needed to complete member loan files, entering member loan information into mortgage database, quality control, filing member loan files and other related clerical duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or the equivalent,1 year of previous administrative experience, communication and organizational skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be reliable and have a professional demeanor. Previous loan processing experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate.
Pay rate: $14.00 per hour.
