Reports To: Export Manager

The overall objective of the Lighting Project Sales position is to insure that our internal and external customer and vendor needs for accurate and timely information are met and long term business relationships are developed and maintained.

-Receive and review all relevant information related to the assigned project.
-Receive by phone, fax and e-mail requests for quotes, orders and lead times from customers.
-Prepare quote on items, write order and relay pertinent information to customers and sales reps
-Enter projects accurately into the system.
-Assemble and organize the job folder per established procedures.
-Follow up with any further actions needed during the project such as acquiring shipping information and expediting.
-Perform order entry and billing reconciliation
-Respond to all internal and external customer and vendor requests for information in a timely manner.
-Perform job closeout at project completion per established policy and procedures.
-Perform other related job duties as required or directed by Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with some college or vocational school experience is required.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong communication skills along with strong math and computer skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Minimum 3 years Lighting Project experience
