SECURE-TEK, INC is seeking experienced Loss Prevention Agents / Trainers for immediate hire. Candidates must be / have:
- 2 YEARS OR MORE OF EXPERIENCE: Actual undercover retail store shoplift detail experience (No exceptions)
- Good past employment record. If currently employed, a 2 week notice must be given to current employer if selected
- Be 21 or over
- No criminal record of any kind. No dismissals, no expungments, no juvenile convictions. A Government background check will be conducted
- Should have California Guard Card but we can register and issue you a card through BSIS in approx. 7-10 business days provided you have no criminal record
- Reliable transportation and current auto registration and proof of insurance.
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Possess good written skills and ability to problem solve and work with others and community in a stressful environment
Females, military exp and/ or bi-lingual candidates a plus. This position shall promote to a Loss Prevention Trainer position within our training program in near future
This is a hands-on, no weapons contract. Agents must have 2 pairs of handcuffs prior to start.
