We are a successful and growing Tier One Automotive Supplier. Currently, we have openings for experienced Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift.
*Understands, supports and implements the company Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures into daily work habits.
*Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
*Assists with the installation of new equipment.
*Performs preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on robots and related weld equipment.
*Required to be familiar with and use all hand and power tools. *Including drill press, lathes, band saws, and metal brake.
*Inspects and tests machinery and equipment to perform root cause analysis.
*Repairs and maintains pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuits.
*Attain material handling, and aerial lift license.
*Safely utilize LOTO at all times.
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
*Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
*A degree or certification in electrical or mechanical field is preferred.
*Working knowledge of Motoman, and Fanuc Welding Robots.
*Experience with PLC’s would be helpful.
