We are an AS9100, ISO9001, FFL & ITAR certified company and are looking to add a strong manufacturing person to our Engineering group. This is a cradle to grave position in the sense that the Manufacturing Engineers (ME) are responsible for everything from quoting and concept of process to documenting the tooling and process requirements, supporting set-up and SPC validation of process. On-going floor support with a strong customer service capacity. Ensuring that we are making standards and most importantly, always producing the highest possible quality components. This is a high energy position with a focus on team and flexibility in role.

Required-Desired Skill Sets and Experience:
- Estimating / Quoting
- STRONG CNC Machining Background

  • Multi-Axis Lathe ( a must)
  • Milling (desired)
  • Swiss (desired)

- Virtual Gibbs Programming Experience (CAM)
- ISO & AS Certified Shop Experience
- Previous Aerospace or Medical Device Experience Desired
- VISTA Operation System Experience or M1 (preferred)
- SPC Process Validation
- Quality background in

  • Ability to solve customer requirements within the requirements of the company’s QMS, AS 9100 and ISO 9001
  • Understanding of ISO 13485 is desired.
  • Creation of 1st Article and In-process Documentation
  • Application of SPC
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Customer Spec’s / Requirements
  • G,D & T
  • Working Knowledge of Six Sigma tools... Certification a plus
