Compulink is an industry leader as a developer of practice management and medical records software for healthcare professionals across many specialties. We are seeking full-time Software Implementation Specialists. This position guides our client thru the implementation process from Sales, across software installation, product support, to the client working independently within the software. Applicant must be able to work a full-time shift between 5:00am -- 5:00pm, have strong written and verbal communication skills, outstanding customer service attributes, knowledge of project management is a plus, understanding of the healthcare industry and willingness to learn. A minimum of 2 years end-user customer care support and health care experience. Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office and SQL knowledge is a plus.

We are also looking for full-time EDI Support Techs who are responsible for providing quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment by taking ownership of assigned client calls and projects ensuring timely resolution. Support hours are 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Applicant must be able to work full-time shifts within these hours. Must have call center software support experience, as well as expertise in EDI processes, strong written and verbal communication skills, computerized medical billing experience and be knowledgeable in healthcare terminology. Must be proficient in Windows XP/2000 and Microsoft Office. Experience with troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions for healthcare EDI transactions in ANSI x12 formats is a plus. Must live within a 25-mile radius of Westlake Village.
