Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, creative, detail oriented and a self-motivated individual to join our Membership Team. Primary responsibilities include recruitment and retention of girl membership and volunteers in assigned area. Experience and exceptional skill sets in marketing and sales, recruitment, volunteer support, customer service, communication and community cultivation necessary. This is a full-time position; some evenings and weekends are required. Spanish-language skills a plus. Competitive salary, excellent benefits. EOE.

Membership Initiatives Coordinator:
Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, creative, detail oriented and a self-motivated individual to join our Membership Team. Primary responsibilities include planning, implementing and supervising the delivery of the Girl Scout Community Outreach Program and targeted membership growth initiatives in identified geographic areas. The position requires extensive travel throughout designated area as 50% of staff time is in providing direct program delivery to girls. The coordinator is also responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of part-time program delivery staff and ensures that program content, delivery, reporting and evaluating standards are met. Full-time position with evenings and some weekends required. Strong supervisory experience and excellent communication skills are a must. Spanish-language skills a plus.Competitive salary, excellent benefits. EOE.

Program Director (Daisy/Brownie Specialist):
The Program Director (Daisy/Brownie Specialist) is a full-time position responsible for supporting and retaining adult volunteers and girl members in the assigned grade level (Grades K-3) by providing, developing and delivering program resources, as well as developing and maintaining partnerships to assist volunteers in their work with Troop support to girls throughout our 41-county footprint. The Program Director will provide the development, coordination and delivery of quality program including events, curricula, and additional resources as driven by market needs to aid in the recruitment and retention of girls and volunteers. The individual will identify, cultivate and maintain program partnerships and collaborations and will recruit, train and support volunteers in effective delivery of program. Strong oral and written communication skills and human relation skills a must. Spanish-language skills a plus. Frequent evening and weekend work required.
This position can be housed in any of our Girl Scout service centers (Raleigh, Fayetteville, Goldsboro or Wilmington.) Competitive salary, excellent benefits. EOE.
Adult Learning Director (Year One and Two Volunteer Support):
The Adult Learning Director (Year One and Two Volunteer Support) is a full-time position responsible for supporting and increasing retention of our volunteer network by providing and developing relevant resources and training materials for volunteers in their first two years of service. Individual must have experience in the development and delivery of curriculum and training materials, be knowledgeable of adult learning styles, and be proficient in the use of instructional technologies to ensure relevant, accessible learning and enrichment opportunities. Individual should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and strong human relation skills. Spanish-language skills a plus. Volunteer Recruitment Director:
The Volunteer Recruitment Director is a full-time position responsible for the design, development, and delivery of a strategic council wide volunteer initiative for recruiting diverse talent across 41 counties. In this position, the Volunteer Recruitment Director works in partnership with the program and membership staff to meet the needs and grow the number of volunteers at all levels of the organization. Duties would include the management of the full cycle recruiting process, expansion of adult membership, and ongoing engagement of potential volunteers, by providing support to volunteers during their on-boarding process and cultivating community relationships. Individual should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, sales and strong human relation skills. Spanish-language skills a plus.
