The ideal candidate will have customer service and inside sales experience as well as experience managing and coordinating email and online marketing initiatives from development through to execution.
Online Marketing Coordinator primarily role is to provide excellent customer service and support to iMarket’s clients. Online Marketing Coordinator will also be coordinating and executing online marketing and communication strategies that drive traffic to iMarket Clients’ sites and drive retention and sign ups. The candidate will be responsible to provide maximum support to company’s client base. The position will also include the responsibility for up selling additional services that iMarket offers. Additionally this position will be overseeing campaign reporting, analysis and optimization. Qualified candidates will have previous online marketing and web analytics experience.
- Weekly contact with iMarket Clients
- Ongoing content updates of clients’ websites
- Coordination of client’s post launch activities
- Regular up sale of additional services
- Reporting and analysis of paid and organic search engine campaigns
- Quarterly customer e-newsletter development and distribution
- Regular social media updates and blogging
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service role
- 1-2 years experience in inside sales role
- Experience and understanding of web marketing
- Qualified candidates must be proficient in oral and written communications, creative writing, and Microsoft Office applications.
