Provides leadership, direction, consultation and supervision of 7 Divisions of a large non-profit organization serving children and their families in Florida in accordance with its strategic direction. Oversee compliance with the organization’s policies and practices within the operational area. Provides direction, consultation and support to Executive Directors in their management of services development and delivery, services design, monitoring and improvement and in fostering relationships with local public and private agencies, boards and volunteers, media, donors and community constituents; participate as needed in the utilization of private funding from individuals and other sources. Serves as a member of the Executive Management Team both in the formulation of agency-wide policies and strategic direction, and in representing Division issues and perspectives. Will travel regularly to Divisions within the assigned region of the state. Will assist Divisions to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance their local services and community relationships and also ensure that Divisions achieve statewide established financial goals for a reinvestment margin. - Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent advanced degree or an advanced non-human services related degree and extensive experience with children and family services or equivalent and demonstrated management skills.
- 10+ years of senior management experience (some experience / knowledge of Medicare Regulations preferred)
