Job scope: Parts inventory management and general business/office skills/experience. Accountable to the Field Operations Manager, the Operations/Parts Coordinator helps coordinate the business operations of our Boots on the Ground Field Operations business and handles the parts inventory for the equipment that is installed/maintained.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Manage a parts inventory - checking parts into inventory, keeping an accounting of usage in the field and maintaining stock levels
*Assist the field personnel in administrative issues including timesheets, vendor invoices, parts procurement, communication and coordination with employees and customers
*General office administration/coordination
*Process daily work flow for field operations activity in ND/MT
*Handle paperwork and communications with Corporate/Regional Management-typically processing project related personnel and parts management documents
*Oil Field experience is a plus
*Operate a forklift
*Office Administration experience
*Requires a high school diploma or GED
*Possess the ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced, multi-task environment
*ERP systems experience is a plus
*Self-starter who can work under minimal supervision
*Skills in 2010 Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation (varies based on experience)
*$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 yr
