Successful industrial distributor is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to represent our company to customer accounts in and around Central Illinois (Decatur, Champaign, Bloomington/Normal, Springfield, Peoria, etc).
In this outside sales role you will be responsible for managing the current customers, growing sales, and breaking into new accounts. This role requires great sales skills, timely follow-up, a solid organizational system, and problem resolution.
- Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of demonstrated success in outside sales/account management experience, preferably in the industrial sales or distribution arena.
- You will be responsible for servicing and developing a customer base as well as bringing in new business.
- Professional and polished with excellent communication skills, plus a strong desire to succeed and grow financially.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred as well as strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work from home office
