Badge Bomb works with 37 artists to design fun buttons and magnets for cool boutiques, art galleries, bookstores, and more. We make all of our products in-house in our Portland Oregon button factory and distribute them via our national sales team consisting of over 100 team members in addition to 5 international distributors. We are looking for an administrative assistant to work in our office and help us keep it all together.
Skills and Specifications
-Efficient, ORGANIZED, project management skills including event preparation (tradeshows, etc), catalogs, webstore, etc
-Day to day general administrative skills (paperless filing, data entry, setting calendar appointments, call routing, customer service, staff liason, random errands, basic bookkeeping, etc)
-Good time management, prioritization, attentiveness to tasks and people, decision-making skills, accuracy and consistency in performance with deadlines.
-Data entry and management using Pages and Microsoft Office and bookkeeping using Quickbooks, etc
-Writing and design skills to professionally create and update catalogs, presentations, internal WIKI’s, protocols, company e-newsletters, etc to be used by our sales team
-Professional correspondence with customers, staff, artists, and vendors with various forms of technology (chat, skype, email, phone, mailings, list managers, shared calendars, etc)
2+ years direct experience required and Bachelor's degree preferred.
This is a 20 hour/ week position with reasonable schedule flexibility.
