Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer in taking calls from loan applicants and discuss the information/documentation needed to complete a loan application. This is a part time position.
Follow‐up with loan applicants to obtain required information/documentation that has not yet been submitted.
Contact loan applicants on a weekly basis and provide them with a status on their loan application. Provide assistance throughout the entire loan application process.
Follow‐up with previous loan pre‐qualifications to maintain contact with loan applicants who have not yet closed.
Update and maintain closed loan database on a monthly basis.
Order appraisal and title and stack files in submission order on all new files before submitting file to Underwriting.
Qualified candidates will:
Have a high school degree or GED.
Have at least two or more years of related experience within the mortgage industry.
Be proficient in MS Office Suite.
Be able to work independently within a team environment.
Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have a positive credit standing.
