Peaceful Valley Farm & Garden Supply ( in Grass Valley, CA is hiring a full time (40 hr/wk) PHP programmer to become the 6th member of our energetic marketing team. Successful applicant must be a team player, a quick learner, and willing to make a commitment to learning and improving all systems needed in our company. A love of organic gardening is a plus!
Having a working knowledge base of the following is a must:

This position requires a large knowledge base, most of which you will learn on the job (though experience is a definite plus). Some of the things you will learn to love are:
JavaScript (Including frameworks like jQuery and Prototype)
Basic Java
PHP frameworks (Zend and Codeigniter)
MVC Configurations
OOP Coding Techniques
Coding Standards
API Integration (Fedex, USPS, MailChimp, Magneto, etc)
Unix/Linux OS
Way too much about gardening ;-)

Pay scale & Benefits: $11-17/hr DOE.
Performance review and opportunity for a raise up to 10% after 3 months, 6 months, 1 year of employment.
