Our client, in east Tampa/Brandon, provides field-servicing solutions to the mortgage industry, creating a uniquely balanced business model for its customers. The primary function of the Preservation Coordinator is to ensure the proper processing of client work orders from receipt through completion. This position is fast-paced, involving a high level of phone activity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to work quickly and efficiently, while prioritizing incoming work assignments. This position will work 3:30pm - midnight.

Responsibilities:
Manage preservation of foreclosed real estate assets, including ensuring an accurate initial assessment of property condition
Communicate with vendors regarding preservation services requested by client
Review end product to ensure compliance with client requirements
Act as liaison between vendors, clients and internal team members

Qualifications:
1-3 years of industry experience in a similar role
High school diploma
Experience working in a production environment communicating with various team members, clients and vendors
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and organization skills
