Support all Sales and Marketing efforts by ensuring a great sense of arrival for all guests at the Hilton Grand Vacations at MarBrisa sales gallery reception desk, make sure all gift/premiums are correct and explained to each departing guest. Assist Sales, Marketing and Operations in ensuring complete customer satisfaction through guest recovery and tracking customer issues. Go above and beyond and do whatever it takes to ensure all guests have a world class experience at the Hilton Grand Vacations at MarBrisa sales gallery.

Primary duties include:
  • Ensure completion of essential duties necessary for an efficient Front Desk operation Ensure that superior guest service is provided and must have a strong focus on Service Excellence

  • Handle guest check-ins efficiently; run accurate status reports and relay information to effected departments/individuals

  • Leads by example and communicates effectively

  • Handles all guest questions and issues regarding the timeshare tour

  • Set up Food & Beverage on 2nd and 3rd floor sales rooms

  • Responsible for keeping inventory and making sure that Food & Beverage are fully stocked

Job Requirements:
  • Proven track record in the sale of luxury-tier goods or services

  • Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Highly driven and a self starter

  • Thorough understanding of local area
