This position is based in our Warner Center Area Office.
The Sales Coordinator is part of the front-line, customer-focused Account Representative team.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills. Applicants must exhibit the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a “can do” attitude and team player spirit.
The Sales Coordinator must demonstrate a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management relating to customer service, transportation and logistics. This position will work directly with Account Representatives to help generate more sales and to provide our customers with industry-leading logistics, outstanding service and specialized support. The Sales Coordinator works with various web-based systems to obtain competitive quotes, book shipments, schedule transportation activities and resolve customer-related issues. As a representative of CaseStack, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism in the business community during all phases of our transportation sales process.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent support to our transportation Account Representative Team
- Handle customer service issues (missed pick-ups, missed deliveries, missing freights, etc.)
- Follow through with all shipments until delivered
- Assist with billing issues
- Serve as liaison between clients, account executives, and vendors
- Process customer orders
- Help train customers with online technology
- Capable of balancing between customer’s needs and meeting Account Representative team goals
Skills & Qualifications:
- AA degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
- “Can do” attitude
- Team player demeanor
- Excellent time management skills
