Axiometrics is a Dallas-based real estate data, research and analysis company which measures and projects property-level performance of over 25,000 apartment projects in 200 markets across the US; allowing its clients to track and forecast performance by property, submarket, market and portfolio. Axiometrics also sells Competitive Pricing Surveys to recommend asking and effective rental rates and concessions by floor plan for a target property.
Axiometrics unbiased methodology, which is unique in the industry, does not rely on statistical sampling. Instead, Axiometrics refreshes its data at least once per month with information gathered directly from each covered property. Axiometrics multi-family research methodology also is differentiated by capturing the true Asking Rent and calculating an Effective Rent that is consistent across concessions. Axiometrics’ fifteen years of historical research data and its industry-leading methodology are a benchmark for real estate research.
Axiometrics offers an annual subscription service which provides access to detailed information and reporting via a map-oriented web portal. Axiometrics services cover conventional apartments as well as student housing. Axiometrics is the only research firm in the industry which tracks effective rent at the floor plan level every month for every property in its database. This extensive foundation of data is then available both granular and aggregated forms.
Axiometrics clients include large real estate investors/owners, banking institutions, buy and sell side analysts as well as property management companies.
Axiometrics is seeking a sales person to sell subscription services. Sales efforts will be focused on selling the product to owners and managers involved with a portfolio of apartments, banks that have leverage in the multi-family, arena, etc. The prospects will have multiple apartment properties in one or more of the one hundred large metro areas across the US that Axiometrics covers. The sales person will potentially sell to all levels of the target prospect, from owner/”C” level down to single property manager.
The sales person will have responsibility for the entire sales life-cycle, from prospecting to close. Subject matter expertise, as part of sales calls, will be provided by Axiometrics subject matter experts while the sales person comes up to speed. Senior management will also be available to provide overall and prospect specific industry insight. For many clients the entire sales-cycle, including successful close, can be done via tele- and web-conferencing. Occasional travel will be necessary to close some prospects, to attend industry events and for relationship management purposes.
