Must haves:

  • 8 to 10 years AGENCY experience
  • Extensive experience in Healthcare markets
  • Ability to lead clients strategically through effective verbal and written communication
  • Effectively apply analytical thinking to generate creative and effective solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Desire to be an integral part of a team within a flat company structure

Some typical responsibilities:

  • Maintains direct, day-to-day, senior level client contact
  • Monitors clients' market landscape identifying opportunities
  • Proactively provides clients integrated marketing plans
  • Devises communications strategy and communications plans
  • Helps ddm foster development and gainful employment of less experienced staff where appropriate
  • Helps ddm's business development through existing account growth and other new business opportunities
  • Represents ddm at industry functions – promotes ddm at every opportunity
