Alarmtechs, a Local Low Voltage Construction Company is Seeking a Qualified Individual to Fill the Position of Service Department Manager/Dispatcher. Applicants should possess excellent customer service skills, be computer knowledgeable and should have good grammatical skills. Applicants must have experience with Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not mandatory. Past Service Management experience is a plus.
Position will include, but is not limited to:
- Handling a Moderate-to-Heavy Call Volume on a Daily Basis.
- Answering Basic Customer Questions and Concerns.
- Creating Service Tickets.
- Daily Scheduling of a 6-Person Service Technician Team.
- Placing Orders.
This is a full time position. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon. - Fri.
