We are seeking an experienced and seasoned IT professional for Technical Lead (Siteminder) for working with our client-facing team of experts focused on customer satisfaction, execution and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated professional with demonstrated leadership skills to work directly with end client and provide business and technical consulting in the domains related to web hosting, portal application and content management solution design, development and implementation. Applicants with strong background and hands on experience in Siteminder, Single Sign On, Federation, PingIdentity, PingFederate, Identity & Access Management and Directory services will be best suited for the role and will have the opportunity to work with a leading-edge IT organization with top quality employees.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILTIES:

Should use specialized knowledge of the client environment and company’s products.
Responsible to co-ordinate with end client contacts, client project managers and application owners.
Should be able to train and mentor others (employees and clients).
Should create timelines to meet client deliverables.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

6-8 years IT experience (Relevant exp must be 5 + years with Siteminder, SSO) .
Ability to work independently on SiteMinder and related integrations with different web servers.
Experience with different version of siteminder products, policy servers, agents
Ability to design, install, configure and maintain SiteMinder infrastructure and application
SSO Login page concepts.
Ability to support multiple projects concurrently, typically critical projects or major Siteminder/LDAP upgrade etc.
Understanding of Oracle DB, LDAP, AD, Directory server (Sun/CA) and their use as data stores with SiteMinder.
Independently handle assigned tasks with minimum guidance.
Prepare technical documentation, as well as root cause analysis reports.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports, updates and communication to the client and SDG management.
Be a proactive member of the on-call team.
Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must have worked in 24X7 supports environments.

DESIRED SKILLS:
The following are not required, but considered a plus.

Experience in OS platform for SiteMinder deployment – Windows, Unix, Solaris
Web Service Administration including analyzing and troubleshooting Apache, IIS and Sun Servers.
Knowledge of Application Servers – Websphere and Weblogic
Experience on other Identity Management products.
Working Knowledge of programming language like Java, J2EE etc.

Education Requirement: Bachelors or Master Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred.
