This team manages the end-to-end installation for our global workspace and data centers, ensuring ongoing capacity management and process efficiencies. Team has responsibility for global production system monitoring and scheduled work execution for technology infrastructure.

- Co-ordinate planned maintenance of global networks including equipment upgrades and configuration changes of over 8000 network devices

- Work with major telecom carriers on maintenance

- Project Management of global rollouts, upgrades

- Resource planning and scheduling

- Participate in automation initiatives to improve work flow and achieve operational maturity

- Closely work with Engineering and Architecture teams to establish procedure for upgrades and configuration changes

- Work as part of a global team schedule

- Will have opportunities to learn and support cross-platform environments

Basic Qualifications

- Familiarity with fundamental distributed computing environment concepts.

- Experience with the following platforms/devices:

-Cisco 65xx – Native IOS

- Cisco 55xx and Cisco 65xx – CATOS

- Cisco MDS 9xxx series switches

- Cisco ISR Routers

- Juniper M-Series Routers

- Cisco stackable platform knowledge is a must

- Nortel DWDM 52xx is a plus

- Cisco WAN switching platform knowledge is a plus.

- Netscaler Load balancer platform

- Bluecoat Proxy and Director

- Extensive knowledge of networking technologies, topologies, and protocols. (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF & RIP, SNMP, Multicast, VSS, STP, HSRP, switching technologies, DWDM, Carrier Circuits, WAN switching, SAN).

- Experience in designing, implementing, operating and troubleshooting large IP-based Data/Voice networks (LAN/WAN/MAN)

- Expert-level understanding of internetworking technologies and tools, including TCP/IP, netflow, access-control lists, policy routing, firewalls, peering, and DNS

- Significant OSPF and BGP design, implementation, and troubleshooting experience.

- Experience with MPLS in a provider environment is preferred

- Experience with Quality of Service in various data network implementations

- Extensive experience with the management, internetworking design and implementation of networks

- Experience with SNMP monitoring tools such as HP Openview Network Node Manager and EMC SMARTS.

- Should have a working knowledge of configuration management tools

- In-depth expert-level enterprise-wide experience and knowledge of: Switched Ethernet, TCP/IP, IPX, DSL, ATM, Frame Relay, LAN, WAN, MAN, SAN, VPN, Wireless Ethernet, IP Telephony, Integrated Hospitality Applications

- Knowledge of VLANs, trunking, and spanning tree protocol.

- Experience with Authentication services such as TACACS+, RADIUS, and RSA SecurID

- Experience with hardware load balancing – Citrix Netscalers and Route Injection

- Experience creating and supporting site to site and client VPNs

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Experience in process engineering

- Ability to perform trend / gap analysis and provide recommendation to address the risks

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong inter-personal and communication skills

- Creating presentations for clients

- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently

- CCIE, JNCIE, JNCIP or equivalent

- Basic business knowledge of financial institutions preferred

- 5+ years of experience in design, implementation, support, and management of complex data and voice networks
