This is a part-time hourly position, working an average of 20-25 hours week. Team Leaders must be able to stand for 5 hours or more. Team Leaders must have open availability during evening and weekends.
Team Leaders must have at least 1-2 years of Leadership and Strong Customer Service experience. Team Leaders are primarily responsible for subordinate staff supervision, support and motivation during events.
Promote family atmosphere, guest enjoyment and safety.
Supervise and support event staff.
Motivate and coach event staff to fulfill job responsibilities.
Assist the Manager on Duty in the resolution of guest problem.
Have complete and thorough knowledge of all venue amenities and services provided.
Have complete and thorough knowledge of company polices and procedures.
Assist the Manager on Duty in the administration of progressive disciplinary process.
Communicate with the Manager on Duty regarding event and staff activity.
Complete company reports and document incidents as necessary.
Proper maintenance or assigned company equipment and/or keys.
Assist in the administration of AYS New Hire Orientation.
Assist in the administration of ongoing Guest Service department training.
Active participation in company incentive program.
Miscellaneous operational (day of event) duties as directed.
