Title: Transaction Administrative Support
1. High School Diploma or its equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2. High degree of proficiency in office procedures, typing and machines
3. Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
4. Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations
5. Polite, courteous and tactful with the public
6. Make it happen mentality

Performance Responsibilities:

Tasks included in the position, but not limited to:
1. Answering the phones.
2. Serving as 1st line of defense with incoming questions and concerns.
3. Coordinating listing of properties
4. Arrange inspections and closings.
5. Arrange and purchase closing gifts, promotional items, and office supplies.
6. Maintain all property and contract files.
7. Coordinate service providers.
8. Arrange for signs and lockboxes.
9. Database management.
10. Contract to close for buyer transactions
11. Prepare listing and buyer packages.
12. Send and receive faxes and emails for the Team.
13. Maintain a 411 for accountability and attend weekly 411 meetings.
14. Coordinating the listing of traditional sellers
15. Contract to close with traditional sellers

Terms of Employment:
Full time
Salary negotiated per agreement
