Upgrade of Parental Manufacturing Facility

Managed a cross-functional team of 20 people within four work groups. Oversaw schedules, budgets, contracts, and other project management tasks, to install and test nine new pieces of equipment. 
* Created testing strategy and validation documents templates for PLC control software and data historians

Remediation of a Medical Device Fill/Finish Facility 
Focused remediation effort by performing Risk Analysis that identified key products as "worst case" representative samples to be tested, reducing the total scope by 80%. Performed a root cause analysis for all failures. Solicited feedback from five stakeholder groups to create and manage schedule to ensure no disruption in ongoing plant operation. Managed 11 resources. 
* Successfully completed the project in 14 months after being brought in as the fourth manager - previous three had been removed from the site 
* Reduced testing scope by 80% and schedule by more than one year by utilizing risk management and redundancy strategies

PLC & HMI Validation of Freeze Dryer & Clean-In-Place 
Performed internal audits and quality reviews for validation packages. Issued weekly status/ issue reports to client.
