Position included management of onsite meeting and event logistics for the groups’ 3 annual meetings.
RESULTS:
• As staff liaison, successfully planned and project-managed all aspects leading up to the 3 annual meetings for these 2 prominent committees. Also managed onsite logistics at each venue, facilitating the review of over 50 IEEE peer-reviewed journals and 12 engineering societies during this period.
• Provided content and coordinated efforts to create an internally-accessible website devoted to showcasing industry best practices from IEEE's family of engineering journals, societies and councils.

Played integral role in 5-year association management relationship between DesignWrite and its largest client, HOPA (Hematology/ Oncology Pharmacy Association) - a professional, nonprofit medical society of 1,500 oncology pharmacy practitioners. Ensured all completed projects and deliverables, as outlined in the organization's strategic plan, met or exceeded client's expectations. Also worked with other company's clients on several prominent initiatives that generated upwards of $5 million in revenue.
RESULTS:
• Over a 5-year period raised more than $1 million in industry support to fund educational programming initiatives for HOPA's annual conference, including $335,000 for 2009 meeting.
• Increased HOPA's listserv communications by 170% to more than 500 messages monthly over a five- year period. This was achieved through enhanced communications with an engaged membership.
• Worked with clinical experts and faculty on a national diabetes management program funded by Novo Nordisk to deliver continuing medical education to over 7,500 primary care physicians through a series of 15 live, coast-coast seminars and web-based interventions. Managed meeting logistics, on-site slide review with speakers and all aspects of client-facing relationship with program sponsors and partners.
• Managed 3 speaker bureau websites for Ortho Biotech's oncology franchise. Business generated $0.5 million in annual revenue.
• Researched, wrote and produced 50 reports in a 2-year period for a monthly online competitive surveillance initiative presenting the latest scientific data published in peer-reviewed journals.
• To enhance the scientific integrity of the company's multi-factorial needs assessments for new business proposals, symposia, and educational programming, oversaw the creation, design, and implementation of online polling. Over 115 questionnaires utilizing qualitative and quantitative research techniques were created during a four year period utilizing a popular web-based polling management platform, generating over 11,000 responses.
