Enable, Inc is a non-profit organization that provides services to people with developmental disabilities. I am responsible for providing quality assurance to twelve group homes and three support programs. 
Quality Assurance Coordinator 
• Ensures quality of service to all of Enable's programs and group homes by implementing the policies and procedures and assist with preparation for licensing and accreditation reviews. 
• Runs queries and prepares reports as requested that portray Enable's progress at meeting its internal performance indicator goals.

• Collects and organizes the data from the consumer satisfaction survey in order to prepare multiple reports and presentations that lead to the implementation of the corrective action plan.
