◆ Accurately enter employee data into PeopleSoft following established procedures to meet payroll and system deadlines, including new hires, terminations, change of status.
◆ Accurately and timely process daily, weekly, and monthly queries and reports.
◆ Send interface vendor files weekly to vendors for HIPPA, Cobra, Leave of Absence, Flexible Spending, and HSA.
◆ Process monthly carrier billings for numerous lines of coverage.
◆ Work with Payroll regarding leave of absences and track in PeopleSoft.
◆ Communicate and reconcile premiums due from employees on leave of absence.
◆ Process system data updates such as indicative data, dependent and beneficiary date.
◆ Generate and process monthly pension file.

Responsible for the daily activities that supports the People Soft Accounts Payable system operation.
◆ Verify weekly check processes and balance AP liability to the General Ledger.
◆ Identify system issues and ensure proactive solutions are implemented.
◆ Oversee Wells Fargo Purchasing Card program including integrity of data and regulatory compliance.
◆ Process, generate reports, and meet all government regulations regarding 1099 reporting. Reconcile various balance sheets accounts for auditing purposes.
