gear boxes, mechanical and electronic assemblies for the military and aerospace industries.

• Set up, operated and provided maintenance of HAAS and HARDINGE CNC machines to perform metalworking operations to make various metal tools for electronic systems.
• Read and interpreted engineering drawings to determine machining operation to be performed.
• Programmed HAAS CNC machines with according software as well as manually edit using G codes.
• Utilized conventional bridgeports for tooling and fixtures.
• Responsible for in-process inspections for production.

• Accountable for the set up, programming and editing of Eztrak Milling.
• Trained and educated new hires on the HAAS CNC, Eztrak and Conventional Milling.

• Trained in the Lean Machine to manufacture a formula for quicker production.

• Responsible for set up/operation of the Mori Sieke CNC, with FANUC 10m controls and HAAS CNC.
• Utilized and operated different conventional bridge points and inspection work.
