PROJECT ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE 
• Performed engineering audit on designed mechanical and electrical modules through all stages of design and building of power generation units, testing & shipping, and composed quality assurance reports 
• Prepared, implemented and revised engineering documents based on established project requirements including bill of material (BOM), basic equipment specifications for vendors, technical procedures, test reports and quality inspections for ordered parts, shipped equipment, diesel generator units and system components 
• Worked closely with the Production Planner and Quality Control Manger to ensure the Certificates of Compliance and proper shipping document packages are in accordance with established AS9100 and aircraft supplier standards for shipping 
• Verified all incoming customer CAD 2D drawing packages, 3D models, BOM using AutoCAD and Solidwork in order to support the effective manufacturing planning for all machines and material resources at the three companies facilities 
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding to power generation project application in order to provide the project plan (milestones, work break down) and monitoring the progress of the project with the discipline leads and developed action plans to meet customer expectations 
• Attended meetings and work closely with suppliers and customers collecting data to be used in the testing and quality reports Develop Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and functional test reports in compliance with applicable codes, standards and regulations  
• Implemented and developed software projects for the regional optimization of truck and trailers logistics, operations and transportation 
• Developed 3D Solid modeling projects to utilized dress-up (Drafts, Stiffeners, Threads) & removing material (Holes, Pockets, Multi-Pockets) CATIA V5 features to train students in Part Design, Assembly Design, Sheet Metal Design and Expert Surfacing Design Skills.

Designed Gas Engine for Car, Calculated the changes in thermodynamic cycle & Draw the polar diagram of the wear of at the bearing between the crank shaft and the piston rod.
