Led development and production support for a large internal website for management, administration, reporting and monitoring of a financial research distribution system containing over 100 dynamic web pages. (HTML, ASP, ASP.NET-C#, SQL Server) 
• Analyzed business requirements, designed new modules of the internal website and led team of 5 offshore developers responsible for module creation and website maintenance. Developed several new components that were required to be in production within strict timeframes. (ASP, ASP.NET-C#, SQL Server, JavaScript) 
• Enhanced financial research distribution system to accept new feeds emerged during the Thomson and Reuters integration to enlarge the value of existing and increase the volume of incoming research documents. (C++) 
• Formulated the proposal for tagging reconciliation and standard FTP directory structure for the first phase of the Thomson and Reuters integration process. 
• Implemented changes in the research delivery system to accept research files formatted according to both Reuters and Thomson specifications as a part of the first phase of the integration process. (C++)
