Works the floor with sales staff, engaging employees and customers, asking questions, giving product demonstrations and making sure sales and customer service is provided at the highest levels. Recruiting, training and managing sales staff, ensuring that sales numbers and store performance goals are met. Tracking inventory, shipping & receiving merchandise, logging employee sales and hours, managing cash and bank transactions and all related sales and operational functions. Creating and managing a sales and customer service culture where fun, excitement and challenge are managed and employees have the opportunity to do their best work every single day.

To ensure customers get the greatest quality customer service experience from my-self and my staff. I make weekly schedules and daily assignments for employees, as well as overseeing all transfers, layaways, and refunds. I communicate with corporate/home office through a POS system. From that system I can order merchandise that is need or that I find more appropriate for that season. Also repairs, transfers, special orders, and new hire information is also communicated through computer system.
