Exchange 2010, Lync 2010 and BES 5.0.x systems was what I was responsible for from the redesign of the messaging environment (E2K10, Lync 2K10, BES 5.0.x) to daily level 3 support. Successfully negotiated and installed the MetaLogix Archiving solution. Set up DAG’s across 3 physical sites. All servers installed under VMware 5 with a user base of about 3500 mailbox users, about 400 BlackBerry users, and less than 100 IOS devices. Our total customer mailbox size was over 200K with mobile access (BES, ActiveSync). The servers where virtualized with MS HyperV. I was tasked with designing and implementing new collaborative messaging offerings, develop test plans and procedures. Building of new servers in the HyperV Lab (5 fully functional labs mirroring production). Migrating from HMC 4.5 to MS Exchange 2010 SP2 Multi-tenant, upgrading domain/servers from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 R2.
