I am a Geek Squad Agent at Best Buy. I have been trained to repair any type of computer no matter what the problem may be. In addition to repairing damaged units, I deal with every day customer interaction to find the perfect solution. My knowledge over the years that I have been working with Geek Squad has developed exponentially. My expertise include mechanical repairs on all types of units as well as virus removal/OS related repairs.
