• Identified areas of cost-saving in the tournaments, induction and in the operations of the Hall 
• Rebranded the Hall of Fame with a new apparel line for the museum's retail store 
• Brought the Volleyball Hall of Fame into the 21st Century with new technology 
• Professionally produced marketing materials at a decreased cost to the Hall of Fame 
• Secured a 5 year sponsorship agreement with PSA an Event Management Company 
 
• All current sponsors were renewed this year at a level equal to or higher than in previous years 
• The Volleyball Hall of Fame presented at the USA Volleyball Convention 
• Largest Ever Annual Appeal involving USA Regions and Board/Honorary Board Member 
• The Volleyball Hall of Fame had a presence at the AVCA National Conference and Women's Division 1 Collegiate Volleyball Championship for the first time ever 
• Relationships were renewed with the local colleges which resulted in securing quality internships from Elms College and Springfield College. 
• Proactive engagement of mayor-elect (now mayor) Alex Morse to ensure continued and increased support of the City of Holyoke. 
• Strengthened the Volleyball Hall of Fame's relationship with USA Volleyball 
• Renewed a relationship with the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce 
• Secured a spot to present the Volleyball Hall of Fame's Mission at the FIVB World Congress in 2012
