Provided Corporate Security for a variety of High Tech Companies in MA. While Employed at Waters Corporation I was promoted to Account Manager where I was responsible for scheduling, and payroll for a security staff of 10 security officers.

Covered all grades and all schools, including the ALP program, as an On-all Sub. While working in this school system I was fortunate enough to have several extended assignments including; a K-6 behavioral special education classroom for 14 weeks while that teacher was out on maternity leave.

Established an in-house Recruiting office for a rehab company which grew from 3 facilities in Southern MA to 16 clinics in 5 states up and down the east coast. Using telephone communications, as well as mass mailings and well placed advertisements in professional journals to fill all open positions. In this position I also traveled to Job Fairs and Professional Conferences to recruit and eventually to market our Company's Contract Services to other Health Care organizations.
