Configuration Management: Reviewing new engineering change notices and drawing released for the Common Submarine Radio Room project to determine necessary parts required. Ordering parts for change notices as they are released. Monitor the status of the parts order, which includes keeping a spreadsheet of the material, tracking the estimated delivery dates, and tracking the costs for each part that is outstanding. Update the CN module with availability status. Kit the required parts with the appropriate documentation in bags for install. Provide support function to project manager in determining CN kits available/hours required for on-site installations for CN's on the platforms that have been delivered. Plan and prepare for an on-site CN installation, divide the kits into groups by rack and separate by mechanical or electrical changes then send them to the install team. Provide support to the install team for any additional material that is required onsite during the length of the install trip. Complete final review of the documentation and update the CN module to capture current build status of the platforms after completion of changes notices by production either onsite or in the production facility. Provide support for integration facility production (i.e. pulling material needed, printing drawings and other documentation required). Maintain spreadsheet for all internal harnesses that includes build lengths, harness destinations, and all parts required.

This also requires that I am able to carry at least 50lbs. Also I was Lead for one of Stanley's largest contracts. This required me to deal with many different government officials and program managers on a daily basis, and also required me to manage a team of individuals. I organized the receiving; shipping and inventory for this project and dealt with any problems that might have arisen. This also required me to be extremely organized and detail oriented in all tasks I completed.
