Responsibilities included the design and operation of an in-house compensation and payroll system, personnel database, company benefits, company handbook, INS compliance, and general HR policies. Also as general manager I developed and installed a complete accounting system, as well as an extensive database of current customer and potential prospects to target specific markets.

As human resources manager, I was directly responsible for the management and supervision of all facets of the Human Resources Department. In addition I was accountable for a 400 employee database, the recruiting, hiring, terminating, training and development of all new and existing employees, and I functioned as the Workers Compensation Administrator as well as the Unemployment Administrator (MD, DC, and VA). While employed at PMM, the unemployment rate decreased by 21% and the workers compensation decreased by 49%. I also served as English/Spanish translator and interpreter.
