Worked on the NPI Provider ID project, electronic batch membership, AMISYS billing issues. Analyzed production environment processing issues as needed to keep the AMISYS production on schedule. 
 
Key Results: Developed a process to accept HIPAA 834 electronic enrollment files in to the AMISYS e3000 system using the BCP2400 Batch process. Reported any employee demographics, family or plan changes.

• Database programmer. Duties included the entire unsupervised modification of the media manager software by media map, running on an Apple Macintosh system, used for the Public Relations department of Hajjar/Kaufman. 
• Sr. Programmer analyst/project leader. Duties included the entire unsupervised migration of the rental system for the sales department of BKM Total Office of California, an authorized Steelcase/Stow and Davis dealer. The rental system, written in Cognos Powerhouse, was migrated from a HP3000 series 70 to a DEC MicroVAX 3800.
