Executive assistant to the owner of a 1,000 acre ranch/vineyard in Malibu. Duties include preparing letters and memos, supply ordering for the ranch and office, assisting the wine department with sales and marketing, arranging tours and special meetings (including weddings, proms and events) and administrative tasks.

Served as medical transcriber for five orthopedic physicians. Duties included correspondence secretary who completed legal, workmen’s comp and welfare paperwork, set up legal depositions, and transcribed medical records. Also managed the front desk reception, preparing patient charts, answering telephone inquiries, and filing and scheduling patients for daily exams.
I have had some bartending, hostess and server positions in the past but not for 4 years. I've done chauffeuring when I was back east and drove up to 10 passenger stretch limos.
