The Enrollment and Billing Area of Membership Accounting maintains the integrity of the member database, bills and collects all premiums for employer groups and individual accounts. They also provide quality customer service related to enrollment, eligibility, and billing. The reps process manual enrollment documents, generate and send out all premiums statements, and perform membership and premium audits. The reps also monitor the receipt of electronic enrollment feeds, and work Elec error reports to resolve issues. The Billing Reps distribute funds and performs accounts receivable functions.
