INTELLIGENCE ANALYST AND REPORTER
An experienced Signals Intelligence Analyst with the ability to assemble intelligence information, and materials while coordinating the flow of information to include: narcotics trafficking, people smuggling operations, and military movement. Currently hold a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance since July 2010 and current CI polygraph since 2015. Formerly held a Full Scope polygraph. Function as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, Regional Command, BCT/RCT/MEU/MEB/Coalition BDE, and Battalion CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements. Research, develop, present and publish SIGINT products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent IED cell activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall C-IED analytical team. Attend meetings and conduct comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on IED-related current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit's mission. Identifies intelligence gaps and evaluating the intelligence gathered in order to either tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. Knowledgeable of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, and associated SIGINT databases/search engines. Knowledge of the concepts in order of battle structures in an AOR. Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat; other intelligence related automation in support of analytical efforts and product development, and MS Office Product Suite. Possess strong research and writing skills and be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of Afghanistan Theater of Operations requirements. Conducted time sensitive reporting in a concise accurate manner for the Afghanistan Remote Operations Cryptologic Center (AROCC) in support of International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) operations and Collection Management Authority (CMA) requirements. Performed evaluation, sanitization, and quality assurance measures of reports based on AROCC reporting branch SOP and NSA policies. Responsible for recognizing and reporting advance threat warnings indications, and warning tipping and force protection reports to protect Conventional Forces, Coalition Forces, and Special Forces.
