Electrical Lab power distribution system 
The lab was setup to have both AC and DC output. DC voltage range was between 1Vdc and 1000Vdc. AC voltage range was between 110Vac to 1kVac. Cables, connectors and electric outlets were carefully selected. Cable routing and grounding were properly design to meet NEC, IEEE and OSHA standards. 
Automotive Manufacturing Plant Power distribution system 
The plant implements 110Vac and 220Vac, 1-phase and 3-phase for vehicle assembly manufacturing. Material selection and wire routing have been carefully planned for safety manufacturing. Breaker box center was designed to properly distribute and regulate the electric current based on loads usage of the production cells. 
Power Generator to drive HVAC compressor for commercial building 
Electric power generator was setup to provide energy to drive Danfoss motor control and Turbocor compressor. The design purpose was to cool down the commercial building using the least amount of energy.  
3G Third Generation Danfoss Turbocor Compressor 
This is a new technology that implements BGA-type DSP microprocessor and Power Electronics to levitate and rotate compressor shaft to higher speed and torque. The system utilizes current and position sensors to control the shaft motion. Circuit designs incorporated IGBT, PWM and variable frequency converters to regulate the bearing and motor control of the air compressor. Multiple higher voltage inputs ranging from 110 to 500 VAC are designed for worldwide selection. The compressors are designed for horse power from 50hp to 100hp. 
Chassis Electrical Power Distribution 
Power electronics distribution control system that provided 14VDC vehicle batteries power throughout the entire vehicle. This includes power to turn on vehicle lighting systems, electronic control modules, AC/DC and DC/DC converters, door ajar sensors, jump-start studs and Cab electrical switches. All systems were designed to be NFPA, NEC and SAE compliant.
