My responsibilities are to make sure my associates and I arrive at the event early and set up all the equipment needed for the main event. I am also responsible for making sure the event runs on schedule, runs smoothly and the clients are completely satisfied.

My responsibilities are to run an affective and accurate cashier line. When shipment arrives every week, I make sure that all inventories are places in the right department. I always offer a helping hand to my management team. I stay extra hours when my team is short staffed and also offer to work extra days in emergency situations.
Customer Service Representative & Tax Preparer

My main responsibilities are to provide customers with correct income tax information. For example, whether they were approve by the Federal and State for any returns, and if for any reason they were not, I look over their tax information and correct any mistakes made. Call clients promptly when their checks have arrived to the office. Answer customer questions, such as, when they are going to receive their fund and if they will receive it by mail or directly into their account. I also do taxes over the phone for out-of-state customers and fax over the paperwork for them to sign. I am also able to make multiple incoming phone calls in an efficient manner. I always make sure that the work gets done in an orderly and timely fashion to better expedite the customer's needs.
