Current responsibilities include participation in all stages of the project life cycle for each release for each project, including defining and refining business requirements, build (system configuration and process prototyping) test, validate and deploy. 
Implementations also included development of a Business Continuity solution utilizing MII, design and development of integration with MII for shop floor data collection, as well as, integration with a Manufacturing Execution System (Siemantic IT) utilizing MII. Also, implementation of an additional Manufacturing Execution System (POMs) direct to ECC. 
Projects include Raytheon Missile Systems, Kraft, Sara Lee and Abbott. 
Served as the Manufacturing Technical lead at Sara Lee, eventually becoming the IBM team lead, leading a team of eight to ten IBM consultants. 
Served as the Manufacturing/QM team lead at Abbott leading a team of eleven IBM consultants, an off shore team of five, client IT team of four and business team of nine.
