2009 to Present
h I over see all the maintanence and custodial departments within the Pinconning
school district. I'm also in charge of the bus garage and the security systems within all areas of the schools.
h I maintain all equipment from the vehicals to all and any equipment as needed.
I order materials and chemicals to maintain all areas of the schools interiors and exteriors when needed or instructed to do so.
h I still run my construction business as well maintaining this job. I have pride in all my abilities and duties to get everything in order as needed on a daily basis.
I have the drive of ownership to give all I have to make sure everything and everyone is doing what is needed within the boundaries of mine and their jobs.

h My roles as the owner of my business is and always will be self explanatory.
I've employed up to eight people in one single year as a Residential Builder.
Training and managing all and in every aspect of any job I was working on. I'm in complete control of all duties and responsibilities that need attention on any
given day.
h I've worked long hours to finish a job on time and to keep all aspects of the job
professional and manageable to make the customer happy in any situation. I've
worked all year round in any weather element so, nothing can stop me from getting the job done as instructed in the contract.
h I'm able to give estimates and communicate with all sub-contractors for the job as needed to be completed. I have pride in all my work and I'm willing to gave

1991 to 1997
h I was the crew leader for this business of construction. I had many
responsibilities from ordering materials, working with sub-contractors and installing all and any product of material that was ordered for that specific job.
h I ran this business while the owner was gone running other crews and made
many new discoveries on how and what was needed to be done in a timely
manner for each job location. I learned that with good help and equipment you
can accomplish anything. This was when I decided to go out on my own and start my own business with the knowledge I had from running my own crew for so many years with this business.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
1988 to 1991
h I was in customer service working with contractors and residential customers
filling orders and helping when needed.
h My duties included many jobs that gave me the skill to move on to new and better things. I drove the forklift truck and bunked loads for service contractors,
worked shipping and receiving, re-stocked inventory for daily sales and also
drove delivery truck when needed. I was in charge of the yard for cleanup and inventory of all lumber and materials within the gates of the yard.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
1985 to 1988
h I was in charge of waiting on customers and getting what they needed on a
daily basis. Cleanup and sometimes deliveries as needed also.
h I learned how to inventory and restock shelves to maintain all materials as they
came in to the store.

employer. I've built custom homes from the ground up. Replaced roofs, window, siding including fascia and
soffit. Built pole barns, garages and decks to specific sizes and shapes as the customer has requested. I
can understand house plans and setup sub-contractors for specific areas as needed on any job and
communicate with all parties involved on any job situation.
h I can schedule workers for their daily duties to keep the job running in a professional time scale for all
manageable responsibilities. I know what it takes to keep a job going on all levels of construction, from the
first step on the job to the last.
h A little hard work and great communication skills are on the top of my priority list for a responsible well
rounded worker and professional skilled trades-man.
h I also have the ability as needed to run many types of equipment. I can operate and maintain a backhoe,
loader, dump truck, diesel trucks, bobcat, forklift and transit units for level and accurate measurements
when needed. I can and will try just about anything to improve my skills and abilities.
