stores. Developed working relationships with the managers of these locations acting as the liaison between Nabisco and its customers. Full responsibility for managing product flow. Promoted Nabisco products through displays and special advertisements. Trained and supervised part-time merchandisers. Aggressively pursued and successfully secured placements from largest competitor. Acquired a territory that was at 40% of plan and turned it into 110% of plan in six months. Consistently exceeded sales objectives. Sales positions phased out and replaced with merchandisers.
