March 2012 to July 2013 Downtown St. Louis at Gateway Arch- 780 rooms with 65,000 meeting space plus additional 35,000 convention booth area for a total of 100,000. The famous rotating "Top of the Riverfront" Restaurant, 4th Street Grille, Palm Café and Martini Lounge. This Convention Hotel was one block from St. Louis Cardinal's Busch Stadium. I was hired to begin an extensive two year renovation. It was discovered that the structural damage of both towers would not allow for a renovation. Groups Sales up +18,000 rooms in eighteen month tenure woth group rate up $8.83 with 37% increase in group rooms.

I was hired to re-position this hotel to a luxury boutique venue. I hired and trained the sales and catering team. This now Four Diamond historic 1905 bank building that has been converted to a luxury boutique hotel in prime downtown location was close to Beale Street and the Mississippi River. Now with 110 rooms of which 44 are suites and 3,500 sq. ft. meeting space this hotel is now the mid-south premier luxury address. This includes the famous "Rooftop on Madison". "Eighty-Three" Restaurant provides high end catering experience for all events and meetings. Formerly Grill 83 which is consistently one of Memphis Top 5 restaurants. It is rated as one of Conde Naste Magazines 
Top 75 Hotels in the World. We were a Trip Advisor Award Winner in 2011. I was responsible for social network media, marketing and public relations. Group rooms grew 33% in 2011 and 2012 is 167% over last year's pace.

Four Diamond Four Season Resort - 590 room/suites with 150 in main building. With lock out rooms 1,008 rooms was our maximum. The resort lay on 620 acres. We had 127, 500 square feet convention meeting space. There was 15,600 sq. ft. in main building. Amenities included six pools, resort skiing lodge, 6,000 sq. ft. fitness center, Eighteen hole Championship Golf Course, Wii Room, Indoor Tennis, Racquetball, Eight lanes bowling alley, children's day care/summer camp. Seven seasonal restaurants, three lounges, ice cream parlor, Villa Roma Spa with full line of services, horseback riding/stables, and a 750-1500 seat Forum Theatre. My sales segments: new business, sports, entertainment, corporate leisure. The LPGA, Miss New York Pageant, Empire Games booked for resort. Responsible for sales/marketing team of eight members and a Convention Service & Catering team of twenty four. Revenue increase 33% in two year tenure with 17% increase in rate. Group Revenue: +18% in 2009 + 23% in 2011 + 31% year over year. Corporate, Association Conventions, Specialty/Ethnic Weekend/Events lead to increases. I hosted Weekly Radio Show promoting the Villa Roma on Thunder 102.1 FM. I had my own region which was Vermont, New Hampshire/Eastern Massachusetts and shared Long Island, NY with my Senior Sales Manager. Responsible for all marketing, company newsletters and advertisement. Created and updated our resort Face book, Four Square, Twitter, blog, booking apps. I was the recipient of the 2010 Man at Work Community Leader Award from New York Legislature.

I began at this 214 room Four Diamond hotel as Director of Sales & Catering and I was promoted within first six months to GM. Set record profit and growth for this 35 year old hotel. I also maintained Director of Marketing job duties as GM. 205 associates/managers 22,500 sq. flexible meeting /convention spaces. The Columbia Grill and Bar, sat 286. It is a Full Service Seafood/Chop House Associate turnover down over 300% during GM tenure. I developed strong marketing TLCP revenue management system. We hosted Miss Oregon USA from 2006, Miss Black Oregon and Miss Earth United States national contest. Totals -REVPAR Index 122.6 ADR 108.1 OCC 131.1 2007. I was the Sheraton brand "Producers of the Year" for highest occupancy increase in 2007. 
-Ownership-one brother passed away and one fell gravely ill. Day to Day operations became uncertain.
