Responsible for prioritisation of presenting clinical symptoms on CAS system and System One which is used by NHS within Surgeries. Using critical thinking skills supported by the software to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered to patients. At all times I adhere to local and national policies and procedures which are set in place by NHS Direct. I regularly participate in self reviews to ensure that I deliver continuous quality care for patients and that I am able to simultaneously improve my own skills and knowledge in order to perform my role as a Health Advisor to the best of my ability. I am at all times polite and courteous to patients and colleagues and at times need to deal with vulnerable patients. Throughout my training and experience I feel I am able to deal with these issues in a professional manner, this including any child protection issues which may arise.
This role involves a shift pattern which means I regularly work evenings and weekends and I am very flexible in working these hours.

Based on main reception I met new clients on a daily basis ensuring a professional and friendly approach at all times. Main duties included dealing with tenants both student and residential and landlords face to face and over the telephone making sure all queries were dealt with either by myself or the relevant persons. My role involved working towards monthly targets & deadlines in order to expand on our property portfolios with new and existing landlords. Appointments carried out on properties liaising with prospective tenants & landlords of the properties. Solely in charge of all maintenance work reported, which I distributed to the relevant contractors and inspected work within the properties upon completion. This including contacting utility suppliers once properties re-let. General administration and office duties and key holder responsibility.

Work placement for NVQ Administration gained employment after course completed. General tasks including making bookings for customer visits, organise co-operate database on a daily basis and checking emails each morning. I attended several training courses including mystery caller and cold calling training. General office duties, key holder.
